I felt completely out of balance, stressed, sleepless, and unable to enjoy anything. I tried self-help books, new routines, meditation, and advice from friends, but relief never lasted. One morning, I asked myself, “How do I want to feel every day?” That simple question changed everything. I realized I wanted to feel peaceful, connected, and calm. Focusing on those feelings helped me make small choices—like going for a morning walk, setting healthy boundaries, and being more present in conversations—that slowly guided me back to balance.

That moment was a turning point. I realized I’d been so focused on chasing solutions and managing symptoms, I’d overlooked the deeper need to come home to myself—to nurture my mind, body, and spirit as a whole.
This led me on a gentle journey inward. I began exploring holistic practices—breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and especially sound healing. Through these practices, I discovered a sense of clarity, peace, and grounded purpose I hadn’t felt in years.
Now, it’s my greatest passion to share the powerful transformation that comes from these healing modalities—especially the restorative magic of a sound bath—with others who are searching for relief and reconnection.

I soon realized that the path I’d discovered wasn’t just for me—it was something I felt called to share with others who also felt lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected in their own lives.
That’s how the Sound Bath Healing Journey workshop came to life—a welcoming space where people can gather, release what no longer serves them, and gently reconnect with their bodies, minds, and inner calm.
In my own healing, I discovered a new sense of balance, freedom, and purpose. Today, my mission is to help you experience the same—to feel restored, empowered, and deeply at peace as you move through your own season of growth and transformation.

The Sound Bath Healing Journey is much more than a moment of relaxation—it's a holistic experience crafted to restore your mind, body, and spirit in harmony. During our time together, you’ll explore four guiding themes:

Feel yourself slow down and become fully present, letting distractions fade as you enter a space where only your well-being matters.

Let go of accumulated stress and tension, allowing your body and mind to soften and reset—no force, just gentle support.

How the Sound Bath Healing Journey Unfolds
When you join a Sound Bath Healing Journey, you’ll be gently guided through a series of experiences designed to replenish your energy, bring greater calm, and help you reconnect with yourself. Here’s what our time together typically looks like:
Phase 1:
Arrival & Setting Your Intention
Timeframe: 1 hour
Our journey begins by welcoming you into a calming space where you can truly pause and check in with yourself. Instead of rushing in, we’ll create a gentle landing—giving you space to notice how you’re really feeling, physically and emotionally.
During this first phase, we’ll:

Take time to acknowledge what’s weighing on your mind or heart (stress, tension, restlessness, etc.)

Gently explore how these feelings may be showing up in your body or thoughts

Offer space to share (if you wish), or simply reflect and notice without judgment

Guide you to set a personal intention for what you hope to receive from the sound bath
By the end of this opening session, you’ll feel lighter, more centered, and ready to begin your healing experience—knowing your intention is gently guiding the journey ahead.
Phase 2:
Deep Healing & Release
Timeframe: 1 hour
With your intention set, we’ll move into the heart of the journey—where deep relaxation and renewal begin. This phase blends conscious breathing, soothing sound, and gentle mindfulness practices to help you release tension and create space for healing.
What to expect in this phase:

Guided breathwork to settle your nervous system and prepare your body for relaxation

Immersive sound healing using instruments like Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes, designed to help melt away stress and quiet mental noise
