Like many women navigating menopause, I once felt overwhelmed by the emotional and physical changes happening in my body. Stress, sleepless nights, anxiety, and that overwhelming sense of losing my sense of self became my daily reality. Everything changed when I took a step back and asked myself a simple, but life-changing question: “How do I truly want to feel during this phase of life?”

This question hit me hard. I realized I had been focusing on managing the symptoms rather than actually addressing the root cause of the disconnection between my body, mind, and spirit.
