Yin Sound Bath with Laurine

Starting this August, in collaboration with Yoga In Common, Laurine will be starting a monthly Saturday special class with a tranquil Yin Sound Bath session.

Your sensorial respite begins as soon as you step into our serene space. Experience a blissful combination of modalities: guided meditation, gentle Yin Yoga & a deeply relaxing Tibetan/Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath (sometimes accompanied by Native American Flute tuned to the Earth’s frequency).

Yin Yoga is considered to be meditative in quality as it induces stillness in the body as well as calmness in the mind. Each posture is held for longer than usual, allowing our connective tissues to soak in the goodness of the practice. Our lovely session is carefully curated to enhance deep relaxation and to soak in the goodness of the practice.
