Indulge yourself in a specially curated Laya Yin-Heal© Sound Bath class that combines Yin Yoga & Sound Bath.
In this 75min session, you'll be guided with meditation, basic Yin-Heal movements and a deep relaxing Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath accompanied with Native American Flute tuned to Earth's frequency.
